CityVersusCity provides an interactive tool for comparing geographic sizes and statistics of cities, states, and countries. The Service may include free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your Account settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your account and associated data will be permanently removed
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately
  • This action cannot be undone

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission

All content, design, and code of CityVersusCity are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CityVersusCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
